Recognised Prior Learning
The Australasian College of Leadership and Coaching enables trained and experienced candidates to seek Recognised Prior Learning for past education.
Candidates can apply for:
• specific competency units where they may receive recognition for the whole education component and then only require the completion of the specific assessment for that unit;
• specific competency units for a specific qualification where they have completed the same unit or equivalent in another course. This normally allows them to gain full credit; or
• the complete education components where they have done substantial, recent and similar education that meets all the learning criteria, requiring only completion of the assessment requirements.
A candidate must apply in writing for a Recognised Prior Learning application and make direct reference to the units of competency, which are shown below for the qualification programs under the College’s registration.
